We’re just a hop, skip and a jump away from the Bath and West Showground. What’s going on there? Let’s see!

New Wine: The New Wine Gathering is a Christian gathering lasting from the 23rd July – 6th August. An annual event, this embraces Christians from all over to discuss important topics, such as faith and mental health, women in faith, and sexuality. More information can be found at their website.

11217554_10153121472832536_3718082313884900148_nClassic cars/motorcycles: For those who love their classic cars, have no fear! On the 13th September, there is to be a classic car and motorcycle auction. Selling everything from Mercedes-Benz to Ford, there will be plenty of vintage vehicles to coo over! And for those who have a little bit less cash on hand, on the 24th September there will be the Vintage Motorcycle Club Autojumble. This will
have over 470 vendors, and I know that Mr. B&B will be more than happy to spend a couple hours having a browse!

Antiques: We love our antiques! Luckily for us, the Bath and West Showground is an antiques heaven. From the 16th-18th September and the 11th-13th November, the Antiques and Collectors Fair will be coming to town. (Because who doesn’t need more farming equipment, knick-knacks, and wicker baskets?!)

The Giant Flea Market is another event that should not be missed. It is returning on the 25th September and the
4th December – a perfect time to start buying Christmas gifts!

13702463_10209080091100360_1865274290_oDairy Show: Missed this year’s Bath and West Show? No worries!
On the 5th of October is the Dairy Show – a trade show, and an exhibition of dairy cattle. Including competitions, stalls, and seminars, this sounds like a fantastic day out.

The Christmas Shopping Show: Finally, on the 25th-27th November, Christmas comes a little early! Santa will be there, as well as a huge number of shopping opportunities. And I’ve also heard that there may be a few real reindeer making an appearance…!

And these are only a few of the events going on in the Bath and West Showground in the next six months! Some of our favourites, such as Craft 4 Crafters, will be making a return as well.
